By accessing PacificLogicCore.digital, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Pacific Logic Core. We operate a specialized environment for **data systems** infrastructure and operational logic. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease all use of our digital hub immediately.

We reserve the right to perform asynchronous updates to these terms. Continued engagement with our systems following any notice of modification constitutes formal acceptance of the revised protocol.

Our **logic core** services are provided to Australian business entities for professional integration. Usage is granted on a non-exclusive, revocable basis. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering any proprietary system architecture.
• Attempting unauthorized penetration testing against our Sydney-based nodes.
• Automating data scraping without explicit high-level API authorization.
• Redistributing core logic components to third parties without commercial licensing.

Users are responsible for the validity of the data they ingest into our hub. While we maintain rigorous protection protocols, the integrity of external inputs remains the user's liability.

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Users interacting with our **data systems** must ensure their own collection methods align with these standards before delegating processing tasks to our infrastructure.

Pacific Logic Core provides its infrastructure on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the operational logic will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Logic Core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from system downtime or data processing anomalies.
